Over the last few years, we have consistently hired Natalya Maze in a variety of cases. We had a financial dispute with a GC where we had been in negotiations and then the GC had said they "withdrew all offers" and were filing for arbitration. To us it seemed like communications had broken down and we would have ended up in arbitration if we'd been on our own, but when we hired Natalya ...she suspected that the GC was posturing and still open to a settlement. She has excellent negotiating tactics and we ended up settling for an agreeable amount prior to arbitration.

Natalya was very effective at solving a dispute I had with a contractor. She gathered the facts of the case, identified my legal options, and effectively negotiated on my behalf a settlement that I was happy with. I engaged Natalya Maze to be my attorney in a construction dispute with a contractor who in my opinion did substandard work, causing a safety liability. Natalya did a fantastic job of representing me while treating the other party fairly and ethically. Her ability to switch seamlessly between English... and Ukrainian was a definite asset in resolving the dispute. She was able to mediate the disagreement and arrive at a resolution within a few hours. She very clearly laid out the issues as well as advising both sides on the difficulties and expense of proceeding to litigation, which was important in keeping things focused on compromise.
