About Nancy
Biography
Dedicated to helping victims, Nancy's first job after graduation from law school was working with a plaintiffs’ firm to seek justice for victims of asbestos exposure.
In 2010, Nancy founded the firm with a vision of practicing law to seek justice for victims of wrongdoing and providing legal services distinguished by exemplary dedication, integrity and excellence.
Since then, Nancy has represented victims of wrongdoing in business and real estate litigation and has successfully obtained judgments in favor of her clients. Nancy also helped to negotiate and resolve disputes. She has advised clients in a variety of fields, including consumer protection, business, real estate, HOA law, estate planning and probate. Nancy is currently working with a personal injury law firm.
With a deep belief in public service, Nancy has assisted government agencies in real estate and economic development, consumer rights advocacy and the prosecution of criminals as an intern/clerk during law school. As an attorney, Nancy has provided pro bono legal services to a city government.
Nancy obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in both California and New York. Nancy is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
