Nain Martinez, Jr. immigrated to the United States when he was 12 years old. With the support of his family he was the first one to graduate with a college degree, and subsequently with a law degree.
Mr. Martinez, Jr., is an associate attorney at Immigration and Nationality Law Group in New Orleans, Louisiana. He practices removal defense, asylum, family based immigration and business based immigration law.
Mr. Martinez has written on legal topics relating primarily to the effects U.S. immigration policy has on the undocumented population. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, and the New Orleans Bar Association.
He earned his J.D. in 2016 from Loyola College of Law and his B.S., Summa cum laude, from Tulane University in 2012.

Best immigration lawyer in New Orleans
Mr Martinez was very professional during all the complicated process of helping get a waiver and green card . Without his help , I wouldn’t get my Green card and he accompanied me all the way through the interview .
