First contact.
I called the law firm to ask for assistance. The gentleman who called me back sounded like one he was sleeping and two was so disinterested in my case. As I went to further explain the issues and the laws that were broken by the entity he counters that of it so much and then tries to pursauade me no...

Excellent in what she does and in how she treats you
Attorney Arroyo helped me with a difficult divorce and custody battle. She was always available even when I probably required more of her time than what is normal. The process was long and tiresome but we prevailed.

Very hands-on, and efficient
