Under informed and lacking follow through

Unfortunately, we've felt that there were a number of things we were not informed of when filing our bankruptcy. This was especially the case when including our VA-owned home in the bankruptcy. We've since lost the privilege of purchase through VA again and were not informed about the lengthy bankr...uptcy/ foreclosure process that is expected. Since the discharge of our chapter 7 bankruptcy, we continue to dispute an attempt for collection and climbing late fees associated with the debt (although it appears to have been included in the case). Our attempts to contact Mr. Dart about the issue have gone unanswered.

Horrible Experience

Much like the last poor review, my husband and I have experienced a lack of communication and follow up. We were assigned Josh through Upright Law. Our case is currently dismissed due to the lack of follow up on Josh's part. Phone calls, emails, and texts go unanswered. Even appointments set up in ad...vance did not result in a call back. I have had to call the main office at Upright Law twice now due to his lack of communication or follow up. He is always professional when we have commicated but he is not making this bankruptcy experience any better.

Knowledgeable and efficient Bankruptcy Attorney

Mr. Dart is well versed in bankruptcy law. His detailed explanation of the bankruptcy process was very clear. He made sure we understood and were comfortable with every step before we proceeded. He knew exactly what information we needed to provide him and made certain everything was complete... before we attended the hearing. At the hearing he conducted himself professionally and our hearing went quickly without issue.

Joshua Surpassed My Expectations

When looking for an attorney to handle my auto accident claim I wanted someone that would be local and personally available. I knew I needed help to get a fair claim but I didn't want someone with dollar signs in their eyes that would try to soak the insurance company and the at fault driver for an ...unfair amount. Joshua was respectful with my desire to move the case to a fair resolution quickly. Joshua helped me get a great settlement and he even went beyond my expectations and captured the diminution of value in value of my vehicle which was unexpected.
