I drove heavy haul trucks for 14 years, A few years before i knew my back was going to go out I started keeping receipts of all the Law Study I did on my own time by recording and posting part of my studies to a podcast...which really took off.
Some Folx told me i could outwork the Law School entrance exam...I did, and scored in the 92.5%. (That's vs. people who already have at least three years of college). Not bad for a dude who was told he was "learning disabled."
Next, I applied to every school in a location that i thought i would enjoy riding my motorcycle (I drove in every state except Alaska, so i know where the best spots are). That ended up scoring me a Full Tuition Scholarship to Penn State Law, where I helped the Students AND professors understand how the real world works...in exchange for not paying $53,000/Yr. Having Started law school in 2020, the fact i had a radio broadcast voice quickly made me a class favorite. It probably helped that i had a tool kit and helped kids fix their vehicles, helped them find free suits.

Very Rude.
He was very rude and condescending. Additionally he went on about things that were mentions but irrelevant to my questions. Non of my main questions were answered so it wasn’t worth my time. Please disregard his response, I asked about an issue regarding frivolous allegations of harassment. Parkin...
I actually reported this person as a troll, and their question was down within 1 minute of my report. In order to recover for an emotional distress claim you have to have an actual money damages claim that a court will accept. Also if the cops had a valid reason to issue a citation it's not harassment, it's business as usual, and the former prosecutor wearing a robe (aka judge) is unlikely to take your side. This NON-client wanted to start a pissing match over 5 year old emotional distress related to a parking dispute with a major university. It was later revealed that this person had already disputed their issue and won the dispute through their bank. Thus there are no damages to recover. I essentially told them they would have severe difficulty finding a lawyer...which is true... I then gave them a general outline of their chances of winning, how much it would cost for them to win, and how much they could expect to recover in the unlikely event of a winning case. Might I have been a bit rude? Yup, I treated this person the same as a Defendant who thinks they can get out of a DUI because the cop wasn't wearing a hat. You get what you pay for. I did actually tell them that there are a few lawyers around who would be happy to take their money, listen to their anger and do nothing--I think that's remarkably kind on my end all things said.
