Bullshit Pot DUI Thrown out by an Outraged Judge

Pennsylvania was and still is giving DUI's for the Inactive Metabolite of THC, eg. the one that hangs around for up to a month after you imbibe. To properly avoid a DUI conviction a client needed to ... REFUSE the blood draw and take an automatic 1 year CIVIL lisc. suspension. That's better than the automatic suspension that comes with a DUI conviction. I found a client who did it right, went through the video and found where the Lazy Highway Patrolman spent 4 seconds on a test he "failed" my client on. I made the Patrolman admit that proper test administration would take approximately 2 minutes...i then played the officer's video where he severely mistreated my black client, watched the Judge's face get a little red and then rest the defense. Judge was so mad i think she forgot my client was 15 minutes late to her own court hearing (i started without her).
