Very encouraging at the outset then doesn't follow through. Expensive but doesn't deliver the service, didn't follow through, the client still trying to bring closure on her own (settlement). When we meant to settle final bill with this attorney neither she or her office help could decipher the b...ill they presented to us. During the deposition meeting this attorney was completely out lawyered was of no help to her client. Client asked for final papers and was told by law firm to print them off herself, client never received hard copies from law office
