Hired him to claim our money from a car accident he lied and gave our money away we had to take him to court as he misrepresented a lot kept all out money and lied. We won but still have no money he cost us over 50,000 $ dollars after our win in court against him he laughed at us and said you don't h...ave any money I bought a home with yours. Ha.

Since I hired David from legal match.com until this hour ,David has been an awful lawyer,beginning with communication and ending up with representation.At all times he was terrible together with his paralegal,David is very irritating,irresponsible and hard to get ahold of.He always promised to retur...n my emails,phone calls etc.but never did,he accepted to represent me in an employment matter to date he has not given me any satisfactory answer never the less he shuts you off and calls on his own terms,and when he calls it's impossible to understand him because he talks randomly and fast and hard to understand him.i have provided him with all necessary documents at no avail.I consider retaining him a huge loss and waste of time if you already have retained him then good luck on your case.

My wife contacted David's office wanting to possibly retain his services, in late February 2015. He was referred to us by Legal Match. From the very beginning, there wasn't very good communication on his part whether not replying to emails, not returning phone calls, or not showing up or calling to ...cancel a meeting the he made to come by our home to retrieve legal papers pertaining to the lawsuit that he requested. It took time to go through and pull out the papers he wanted but my wife did it because she was told it was necessary. David didn't give my wife any indication that he wasn't going to show up. At the only meeting my wife had with David and his paralegal, David stated that it was obvious of a cover up in my case and his paralegal told my wife in an email that this was a case that they would be able to handle. My wife and I have both tried calling, and emailing David but there has been NO response from him or his office. We feel like he has avoided us at all cost. He should have at least given us an explanation of why he doesn't return calls or emails, or why he's decided not to handle this case. Instead he simply doesn't communicate with us at all. In my opinion he has been very disrespectful to my wife for having her go through an entire box of legal papers and then not showing up or even the common courtesy to call or email to cancel the appointment. Then for him to have acknowledged to my wife that he realized that there was indeed a cover up and then not follow his oath to always seek the truth, instead deciding to turn a blind eye to a terrible injustice. He was provided with indisputable evidence, but because of the Defendants status and titles, it's more beneficial for him to " play nice in the sandbox ". Just confirms and reinforces our opinion of lawyers and what our Justice system has come to.
