Child custody or lack of

It was a horrible experience she was extremely hard to get a hold of. I had given her $2,500 that was put into a trust fund. When the father of my child tried to have me in contempt he had no evidence. I kept trying to explain that to her. I said he can just say whatever he wants don't he have to be ...burdened with the evidence of what he's claiming. It took 2 months to get that through her head. When she finally realized that he don't have the evidence that he's claiming. She then decided that we had a case and can hold him and contempt because I did have evidence of what I was accusing him of. But before then when I wasn't able to get a hold of her I went into her office to fire her because I could never get her on the phone. When I told her assistant that she is fired and I want my money which was still there in the trust fund. Magically she calls me on the phone and unfortunately talks me into not firing her. Big mistake then all of a sudden the trust fund was burnt through. With only text emails and get this I was even charged for her talking merely to her assistant who was down the hall when her assistant talked to her it was $150 and when she talked to her assistant about my case again down the hall it was $300. I have the bills to prove this. When she emailed her assistant that was another 300 and when her assistant emailed her that was $150 and when both of them emailed me it was $500. The day before we went to court to have the father in contempt. I had set up an appointment but it was going to cost an additional $300. So I called and canceled that she claims that I didn't show I have proof of that too that was a lie. That morning getting ready to go to court I had car trouble I called her assistant. Told her assistant that I was going to be a few minutes late her assistant said that would be fine she would contact her and let her know. I was at the courthouse 10 minutes after 9:00 and she had already had me took off the docket. The woman didn't even speak up for me and tell the judge that my client is on the way. I mean we were having the father in contempt so I wasn't going to miss that. When I did get there she was in the hallway with another one of her clients / victim. When I rushed up to her to let her know that I was there she rudely told me that she was with another client that I would have to wait in the hallway till she got done. I was so upset I left thinking that maybe she would call when she was done or that her assistance would call I should have known better than that. She never stood one day in court with me she took my $2,500 and build me an additional $1,143.75 to this day she has not gotten any of that from me. I cannot believe this woman never stood in court for me never spoke up and told the judge that I was on the way due to car trouble her assistant even told me that they would call and put me back on the docket she took herself off my case after taking my money. And she was pregnant and went on maternity leave and had a woman that I'm not sure who she was take over and that woman was extremely rude to me she took over in the middle and then handed my case back over to Morgan after she had her baby and I was charged for that too. And looking at my bill check this out I'm looking at the payment history and on the date of 5/10/there was a balance left of$887.50the following month 6/9 that's exactly the amount that was withdrawn from the payment from the trust $887.50 the last remaining bit of money that by the way I had to borrow from my father and had to pay him that back and she never once did one day in court with me not one time when she's standing beside me in court and then took herself off my case after taking all my money while making me feel she was never speaking for me she was supposed to been my voice and she from day one never on my side.
