She was EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. You could call, text, email and she would take days to weeks to get ahold of. She couldn't even remember basic details of my case on the rare phone calls I did have with her. The communication with the DA was so bad they thought I was pleading not guilty at t...he hearing when I had expressed for months I was going to plead guilty (Which I was going to do because there was basically no alternatives given). I was given no paperwork and could not obtain any from subsequent inquiries. Those are just the major examples of glaring incompiticy. There were much more smaller indicators of lack of experience, ignorance and professionalism.

I have never been in any legal trouble, until I caught myself with a ticket for passing a school bus I didn't even remember passing. I was terrified, and had no idea what to do. Mrs. Ryerson talked me through every step. I was impressed with how easy it was to get a hold of her and how quick she resp...onded but it really stood out to me how above and beyond she comforted me, explained things to me (even drawing me pictures if I couldn't picture what she was saying). I came out very lucky and I got my charge reduced and went on my way. I feel confident in knowing where to turn to when legal issues come up now.

First let me say I enjoyed working with Ms. Ryerson. I was facing a one year suspension on my license for driving while license revoked on a DUI revocation. Attorney Ryerson continued my case twice to get me in front of the judge that would give me the opportunity to keep my license. She spoke to the... judge, made a request for leniency, and the request was granted! I am keeping my license and I thank you for your work.
