I send all my foreign-born employees to Ms. Riedmiller for immigration processing. In 10 years of working with her, I have never had any of my employees denied a visa, I have never had their work performance interrupted because of slow or sloppy legal work, and I have never had them ask for a raise ...or a salary advance so they could pay legal her fees. I first met Ms. Riedmiller at a seminar at which she was the featured speaker. She knows her stuff and the results my employees have had and the lack of interruption to my business demonstrate that she's a great lawyer. I highly recommend her.

Riedmiller, I was surprised to read a couple of unfavorable comments about Atty. Riedmiller on this site. I wonder whether these people had other hidden agenda. I would hope that anyone who reads these comments would not make any negative conclusion about Atty. Riedmiller without investigating the truthfulness of the comments and the credibility of the people opining. Indeed, it is very easy to destroy someone's reputation by manufacturing dubious information and then hiding behind the anonymity of the Internet.

She asked me for $2000 and refused to issue a receipt when I asked for one and said it was not needed. She says this is what it cost her to research my case and all I received from her is a letter which I showed to the Ayuda organization who then warned me to be careful of immigration attorneys I con...sult with. They gave me a list of attorneys in the area that they recommended but I found an attorney in NY who documented, issued receipts and actually did something about my case and not just take my money.
