Michelle took on a case for me against a very big local university. They were bullies and made up some things about me as a student. I felt overwhelmed and wondered if I could take them on but after speaking with Michelle, I had renewed confidence. I have known other attorneys but she is by far the m...ost compassionate, kind and empathetic one I have ever met. Not that you ever enjoy having to hire an attorney, but if you have to, Michelle is the one you'll want. She went above and beyond to help quash a potentially complicated and expensive legal issue before it got out of hand. She was always optimistic yet realistic--not just telling me what I wanted ...to hear but what we could actually accomplish. Even so, she was able to get the matter completely dismissed! She ALWAYS responded either by phone or email (even after hours) either immediately or within the hour (as my situation was time-sensitive). Best of all she didn't price gauge me. Well worth every penny--in fact worth much more. Without reservation, I'd recommend Michelle Jones.
