Michelle practices primarily in the area of Family Law. She is a graduate of University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Business Management. She graduated from the University of North Dakota school of Law in 2007 with a Juris Doctorate with Distinction. She has been licensed in California since 2009. She is also licensed in Federal and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Although she began her career working as an Insurance Defense lawyer, she soon discovered that practicing insurance defense law was less personable than she had hoped, which caused her to move into family law, an area of law about which she is extremely passionate. She enjoys assisting families with the difficult transition that comes with changes to the family structure and she understands the huge impact that this transition has on everyone involved.
Michelle also practices in Special Education Law. This area of law is one of the most niche practice areas of the law. This is also one of the most satisfying areas of the law to practice in for her. Michelle believes that she has the best clients, children who need representation and protection to ensure they obtain their right to an education. Michelle also has experience in practicing administrative law and in the Federal Courts. She understands the difficulties that clients and families face when attempting to get services for their children.

Moreover, her ability to provide empathetic, clear, and concise answers to clients who may be dealing with the most emotional issues that they may ever face in life, is admirable. I highly endorse her."
"Michelle is just damn smart! She knows the law and she knows how to handle clients so that they don't work against themselves. Clients in an emotional state can and will act against their best interests. She talks them down off the "ledge". She is organized and willing to jump in to do whaat is necessary to get a good result."
"Michelle is the embodiment of a phenomenal family lawyer. She is compassionate, empathic, and a zealous advocate for her clients. If I was to choose a family law practitioner to represent me, I would without question choose her, part of the reason is her generous spirt and soul which have deeply touched me. I know she is an aggressive advocate who will leave no stone unturned to achieve the client's objectives. It is my delight to endorse Michelle as my colleague."
"I endorse this lawyer. Michelle is very informative and experienced in her field. I recommend her services highly."
