As house counsel for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company engaged in the representation and defense Nationwide insured’s, both commercial and personal lines, in all manner of Civil Litigation. Currently handling a variety of high exposure and complex cases from inception through trial as well as appeals. Various trials to verdict per calendar year. Argument and drafting of a variety of appeals. Also handling various contract and coverage cases including declaratory judgment actions, and arbitration hearings in both no-fault and uninsured motorist matters. Mentor and train developing attorneys within the firm.

I am also a Guest Instructor at Touro Law Center, teaching various aspects of Advanced Trial Advocacy to third year students. Most recently, I have been selected to coach the 2nd & 3rd year student in all phases of trial in preparation to compete in the American Association for Justice National Moot Court Trial Competition.
