Michel J. Rouhani received his Doctor of Law degree in 1992. He was licensed to practice law in California in 1992.
He is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of California and all Courts of the State of California, the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
