I retained Mike to help me purchase my first home. He was exceptionally quick to respond to all emails sent to him by myself and all other parties involved (within minutes usually). I often received emails from my lender or the sellers attorney only minutes before Mike's forward of that same emai...l but including his explanation of what was happening or what the email meant. Towards the end of the deal, the only reason I knew what was happening was because he ensured that I was kept in the loop and was forwarding the emails he was getting from everyone.
