I have to say everyone was correct. the guy and his associate heather know so much about these deals. everything he told me would happ...en happened. It was like he had a magic crystal ball. Not even joking. Anyway, he gave me access to his cell. he picked up phone on weekends, at night. I like him because he spoke to me like a human being and not like a client if that makes any sense.. he DOES not tell you wat you want to hear but what the truth and reality is. I trust the guy completely and the deal closed .. it took a while, but he told me it would based on who was handling the short sale on the other side and who the lender was.
