- i hired mike weber on a referral from my agent from weichert realtors. never bought a home. it was a short sale. Mike i was told is the "King of short sales". I have to say everyone was correct. the guy and his associate heather know so much about these deals. everything he told me would happ...en happened. It was like he had a magic crystal ball. Not even joking. Anyway, he gave me access to his cell. he picked up phone on weekends, at night. I like him because he spoke to me like a human being and not like a client if that makes any sense.. he DOES not tell you wat you want to hear but what the truth and reality is. I trust the guy completely and the deal closed .. it took a while, but he told me it would based on who was handling the short sale on the other side and who the lender was. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. If you want a "YES MAAM" lawyer or a person that will just tell you wat you want to keep you calm, don't choose mike. If you want someone who will handle the deal, keep you in reality so your not surprised and get the deal done, Choose him..
