Michael P. Kohler

I knew a friend from high school and he pointed me in the direction of Mr. Kohler. I went to Atlanta to meet with him , I took my case with me. Mr. Kohler looked over my case, he spent a little over two hours with me. He did not sugar coat any of the mistakes I had made as a Pro se representing mys...elf. He asked me some questions that I had to really think about , and what I really wanted from this case and from him and or his firm. I thought about it and told him. He said here is what we need to do , He told me a very reasonable price I would have to put down if I wanted to continue. I asked him what I owed him for the two hours that he spent with me, he said I told you I would look at your case and tell you what I thought. I am not going to charge you for doing something that I told you I would do. I asked him again what I owed for the consultation and he said nothing . I put down the retainer he asked me to and he went right to work on helping a small business person not to get bullied by a giant company. Thank you Mr. Kohler.
