About Michael
Biography
Prior to joining Bagchi Law, Michael was in-house counsel at a local startup company. Today, Michael handles for the firm’s domestic and foreign clients a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including private equity and venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. His practice is founded on the principal that true counsellorship begins with a deep understanding of each client’s business and vision.
Michael earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, after earning a B.A. degree in Germanic Studies from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Outside the office, he is an avid scuba diver, tennis and table tennis player.
