Biography
Charlie Carpenter has some of the most wide-ranging experience of any of the partners at Crabtree, Carpenter & Connolly, PLLC, having litigated commercial business cases as well as medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Before founding Crabtree, Carpenter & Connolly, PLLC, he practiced law with Pulley, Watson, King, & Lischer for 16 years, ran his own firm for five years and practiced with Newsom, Graham, Hedrick, Kennon & Cheek, P.A. for 11 years. He has also authored numerous articles and prepared seminars on collections law and bankruptcy. contractual disputes, unfair trade practices, and institutional lenders, products liability – Charlie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with honors, and went on to receive his law degree there as well.
