Very knowledgeable, concise an reliable - hired several times for corporate matters

I and my partners hired Mike several times over the course of the past few year to write solid corporate documents, agreements and represent us in business negotiations and disputes. Mike is very dependable , knowledgeable, to the point and very efficient. One of our businesses we hired Mike to repr...esent is a law firm as well. So we know what a legal professionals looks like and Mike represents it very well.

Attention to detail

I used Michael approximately 8 months ago to review contract documents; he was thorough and detailed. The opposing council was attempting to keep 100% of my earnest money. Mike was able to review the documents and determine that a substancial refund was due back to me. Another attorney had rev...iewed the documents and missed the details. Thanks to Michael's thoroughness , my money was refunded.

Diligent and Prepared

A colleague referred me to Mike, and I was thankful. Mike handled a complex transaction for my company with precision. He told us the anticipated potential sticking points and problems, and how we could deal with them. He turned out to be right, and we maneuvered just as Mike counseled us. We got... the deal we wanted, thanks to Mike. A real direct, honest attorney, and both me and my company will use him in the future and refer him to others.

Discourteous and Disreputable

Mr. Galletch did not show diligence in handling our request for assistance. Over charged us for work, did not perform within the scope of work, as requested. Subsequently handled skilfully and expeditiously by Beresford Booth, to my satisfaction.
