Speeding Ticket, don't hire him, they will not take care of your case properly.

Mr. Eldredge's office has done more than a poor job helping with our case. We live in Chapel Hill and we hired him to help with a speed ticket. There are many issues with his office. The staff changes constantly and that is a big issue when you call to inquire information about your case. My husband ...received a speed ticket last summer, his court date was in August. We hired Eldredge's office and since then our nightmare started. The two people we talked on the phone mislead us about how our case was going to be handled. They said they will contact us if the case was not resolved or if any issues and they will send us a letter when everything was resolve. They never contacted us or send us a letter and we forgot about the ticket, few weeks later we received a letter from the Davison's Court saying that my husband failed to appear in court and that his license was going to be revoked. We have spent many hours, days and lots of energy calling back and forth the court and Eldredge's office. They pushed us to the limits of desperation playing their games of " we have all under control". We finally received the letter saying that our case was closed and that we were fine. However, l called the court today, and we owed fees to them for not appearing in court in September and court fees that we already paid the lawyer. The court asked us again to call the lawyer, we did, and we received the same response, and a worse attituded because now we are demanding, and like I said, they pushed us to be this kind of people, very angry because of their inexpertise and bad service to citizens, if we don't push them in these other ways, we will still continue on this case for how many months? who knows! for a speeding ticket. It is ridiculous. And...my husband might not have his license soon if they keep neglecting our case.

Awesome Law Firm

Okay this firm went above and beyond helping me! The response to my initial contact was very fast and handled with the upmost professionalism. The office help was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. Thank you Brittany R.! After taking my case the traffic violation was dismissed and all ...was resolved. So if you are looking for professionalism and a no hassle law firm this is the place to go. I would recommend to anyone that may need a law service.

Dmv hearing

I had a horrible experience working with this law office. Office receptionist is completely incompetent at there job the paralegal assisiant is so unorganized and way in over her head. The whole experience took 6 months longer than it should and I had to do the majority of the work for them and had t...o constantly check in to make sure they "remembered" to do what they needed to do. Stay far away and spend your money else where. And this is not a bais review because I lost my case, my case never went to trial because they are so ignorant that they told me o needed the hearing and come to find out with research of my own I didnt! And it is becoming near impossible to get my money back from them!
