Michael William Brosnan

Mike's an animal. He's a real person,that will go to bat for you. At first he seemed a little docile however, that not the case he did what I wanted and made several seemingly easy convictions disappear. Multiple A misdemeanour's, violations, orders of protection all completely disappear. No Jail, N...o fines, No more court orders, just complete relief and justice. I strongly recommend this attorney for any criminal matter. He has been defending slews of charges against me for a few years now. In which all were completely and systematically defeated. THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!!!!! He's currently handling an appeal against Schenectady police for me and I'll get back to you on the success of that?

Hired Mr Brosnan for an appeal for my daughter 7/24/09 he stated he had filed for court transcripts more than once and put a call in to stenographer with no responce. I called another attorney who spoke to the stenographer within one hour of our conversation, and the stenographer stated she had no re...quests for the transcripts from Mr Brosnan and resented that he was saying she would not respond to his requests.I terminated Mr Brosnan 10/20/09 and the new attorney has the transcripts being processed and expects them soon. I would call once a week and hardley ever was able to reach this man and when I did he always acted bothered and told me he would call me when he had news. My daughter has been in prison waiting for good news this man is not it.

I feel indebt to Mike for help me see my kids again. And have one of my kids living with me while I sitll pay childsuport to three kids. This was back in July while. I sleep on a couch because I had to give up my bed which was a kingsize bedroom apartment but two bedroom to accomodate my daughter...:) But am sure Mike will turn this arround asap so I can at least pay my rent and afford me to buy a new bed. and may for my daughters books....before we go back to trial in October. Whithout Mike I would not be seeing my kids!!
