Lack of responsibility

I hired attorney Michael Braunschweig to help me with the application process for an EB1 Visa as an athlete and paid him to start the process on Nov 2019. 3 months later, I found that his office has been abandoned in the last 2 months and he did not answer my calls or msgs. In my case, he did not fulfilled his role and deliberated avoid communication.
