Jonathane Michael Ricci

Jonathane Ricci is a lawyer,  licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Michigan (USA).

In 1999, Mr. Ricci began his professional career at KPMG in the U.S. Corporate Tax Group, and went on to co-found a cross border law firm in 2003, Juroviesky and Ricci LLP, where he partnered the U.S. side of the law practice for 6 years.

In the areas of real estate, business and corporate law, Mr. Ricci has represented clients in North America, and provided assistance with setting up cross border structures to hold real estate investments with two primary goals in mind: (1) liability protection and (2) taxation efficiency.

In respect of Private Wealth and Legacy Planning, Mr. Ricci has assisted many clients in devising a personalized plan to achieve their needs and desires. Through consultation, Mr.  Ricci will ensure to identify his client’s future ideals, and ultimately propose a solid plan to safeguard such ideals for his client.
