Memori Jane McClimans

Memori McClimans graduated from the University of Tampa before attending Barry University School of Law in Orlando.

During her first year at Barry, Memori was selected to be a part of the law school’s nationally competitive trial team and went on to compete in The Florida Bar Chester H. Bedell Mock Trial Competition. The following year she traveled to San Francisco for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice National Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition. She coached the championship team for the 2014 Barry Intramurals Competition and finished with the Georgetown Law White Collar Crime Invitational during her final year at Barry Law.

During law school, Memori was a Certified Legal Intern for the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office where she litigated Domestic Violence cases. She prepared cases from beginning to end, which included two full trials, as well as many negotiated pleas. In addition to trials, Memori prepared and argued against several motions including motions to suppress. She represented the State at arraignments, hearings, and dispositions.

Memori was a Book Award Recipient for Legal Research & Writing as well as Trial Advocacy and graduated with a Trial Advocacy High Honors Award.

Memori’s experience with the Domestic Violence division in Hillsborough has given her insight in to the operations and goals of the State Attorney’s Office. She brings these insights to The Fighter Law Firm and will use her knowledge in all aspects of the legal process.
