She pumps her clients, makes their case a mess until you dump her because she's not reachable and does nothing to help advance y...our divorce. All the recommendations are not real.

Melissa is the absolute worst. She is rude, condescending, and only cares about money. Right off the bat she wanted to know how much I paid my previous lawyer and how much my ex was paying his. All she cared about was making me believe how great she was. In the meantime she made fun of my situation o...ffered me absolutely no sound legal advice and told me I would never get what I was asking. After negotiating with my ex on my own I got what I wanted and she still told me no judge would approve this yet we were never going in front of a judge. She has no time for you when you are looking for her but then will call and email non stop when it is convenient for her. Her assistant at the time had no clue. The most unprofessional person to ever deal with. I wouldn’t even recommend my ex hire her she was that bad. Save yourself and find other counsel.

Melissa has a high turnover in clients because she spends too much time billing her clients than working. If she calls. Don’t pick up. Let her email you. Otherwise she’s just calling to check up on you to charge you. She’s terrible with discovery and paperwork. Horrible choice as someone who wi...ll not fight for you.
