No exaggeration, she didn't provide anything but poor service. On several different occasions she misinformed me of certain details which could have resulted in very disastrous results. She gave me the wrong time for the ICMC and misinformed me of the dates that had been arranged for paternal par...enting time. I was horrified with her unpreparedness. She never prepped me on anything, therefore I was blind-sided by the proceedings of the day in court. I was disappointed in the lack of guidance she provided throughout the process and was utterly in shock when, sitting before the judge, I found out that she had failed to get the necessary paperwork into Hennepin County Courts. The judge literally held up an empty file with my name on it. I will never be willing to put my daughter's future in the hands of someone who is less than capable of providing professional work that is prepared, organized and ultimately effective.

She wasn't much. She gave me legal advice and did the paperwork and everything. However, she did not do any extra work that I asked her. She wasn't prepared for an evidentiary hearing so we had to put it off for a later date and just do one concern at a time at each court date argh (I feel this is... because lawyers get money the longer you need them right? and the more court dates they have the more money they will make. She was a prime example of this)
