Ms Botiglione knows the DWI laws inside and out. She was also very supportive of my effort to get my license reinstated after I was convicted of 2 DWI's and had my license suspended for 4 years. (the convictions came before I hired her to help me with the hearing to reinstate my license) I can't than...k her enough for her help and her guidance every step of the way. I highly recommend her if you have problems similar to mine.

Weird attorney and conversation. The website states free consultation but she stressed payment first. When I questions this practice she implied I was not being truthful. How insulting! I would not lie to the people I hire to help me. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone! Insulting, and ...all about money!

Wiley Nickel, PLLC has been great to work with! From my initial inquiry regarding my ticket to the post-trial follow-up, the team was very helpful in explaining the process/possible outcomes and eased a lot of my worries. As an out-of-state "offender" I relied on their representation and was not pres...ent at my hearing. They were able to reduce my ticket for going 85mph in a 55mph zone to just 14mph over in just one court date! Great work and would recommend to friends and family!
