Biography
Melissa R. Barrella, Esq., has a wealth of experience in Family Law. Earning her law degree from Seton Hall Law School, Melissa’s previous law career focused on civil litigation, specifically environmental litigation. Additionally, Melissa practiced family and criminal law after a prestigious clerkship with a Monmouth County Superior Court Judge.
Melissa was initially drawn to law because she wanted to help make life better for others. With Williams Law Group, Melissa advocates for her clients and helps come up with creative solutions in both the Family Law and Child Welfare Defense practice areas. A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Melissa brings writing and litigation skills to the firm through motion practice, trial advocacy, settlement negotiations, and hearings.
When Melissa is not practicing law, you can find her enjoying some of her favorite hobbies which include figure skating, going to church and cheering on the New York Yankees.
