My concerns are that, I paid 995.00 with 500.00 upfront from them to prepare documents for the bank, to do your home modification, when the bank can do it for you for no cost. yes I received the documents finished and prepared for the bank, the bank insured me that it's no guarantee that anything c...an be done to save my home, on the right signature documents, tells you to fax papers back to them , within 3 business days for refund ,if you are not satisfied, but there is no fax number, unless, you get it from website or from the person that prepared your documents. You will end up talking to your bank ,home specialist to complete and go over all the documents that was sent anyways, so just let them do it, keep the middle man out of it, I was on the phone with my bank 2 hours going over paper work that I was sent. You would maybe need a lawyer when your house is under foreclosure . Don't pay anyone to put together your documents, it's expensive, it takes them no, time to do it , when you send in all your information to them, then they when they mail you out the documents and give you instructions, your case is closed.
