Maxine Judi Susseles

I met Maxine after my husband was in a horrible accident. I didn't know what to do. I was scared, angry and felt lost. A friend at work gave me Maxine's number and said "Don't worry, Maxine will know what to do." I called and what struck me the most is that I spent 2 hours on the phone with her -...--- I talked, I cried, I was angry. Then I became embarrassed and apologized to her for wasting her time. Without missing a beat she told me that I had helped her. I didn't understand. Maxine explained to me that when someone you love gets hurt because of another person's fault its normal and natural to cry, yell and feel lost. She told me that I needed to talk---and she was there to listen. She explained things to me, answered every single question--even helped me figure out how I would support myself and my family during the lawsuit. When we met face to face, the first thing I did was hug her. Maxine is more than a "lawyer"--she is anything but stuffy--she's real--terribly smart, and a fighter. My family and I owe her a debt that we can never repay....
