horrible lawyer
My daughter hired this lawyer and he has not kept any of the deadlines he promised, he billed her for multiple messages that she had to send to him due to his lack of communication.

Terrible ethical standars
I would not recommend Mr. Whittington. After accepting my case while with his previous firm, and seeing me through to getting a trial date, after leaving his firm he declined to keep my case purely for his own financial reasons. This really left me in a lurch to find a new lawyer in a timely manner...
