Good For Entertainment and Law

I hired Matt to help with my son's music career, and he has done really good work. Aside from sidestepping bad music managers, he's helped with our brand and getting some shows. Recommended.

E&O Due Diligence for T.V. Distribution

Feature Film & Distribution Help

I produced a feature length film and Matt helped me with getting all my investor docs in order. This was especially helpful since I don't work with securities and corporate contracts too much. In addition to that, he showed me the things to protect so I could get to distribution without problems.
