Matthew was a tremendous help and always responsive. We appreciate all that he did to help us navigate this tricky buyout with our tenants (at least tricky and new to us) and do the legal work with the City. I am happy to report that relations with the former tenants are very friendly and they are ha...ppily living in a home in Oakland that they own -using the buyout money for that. We got lucky in many ways with them and the timing, but also, with F&W's clarity, were able to move through the bumpy parts of the 4 months of negotiations relatively smoothly. I think we'd all say this process and agreement was fair and successful, thanks in good part to Matthew.

For the most part, I had hired property managers to manage my rental property, but at a certain point, I decided to get more involved in the day-to-day managerial responsibilities and I discovered that things were going on, on the property without my approval, i.e., unauthorized alterations, which is... where Matthew Quiring came in.
