Excellent Work on Copyright Law

Matt helped us to get a U.S. Trademark for our company... in a special circumstance (not an easy one to get). A few years later when another company wanted to challenge our trademark, he helped us again... very successfully. He's easy to work with, educated about business and an excellent communica...tor (as all attorneys should be!). We highly recommend Matt and the Kabak Law Group.

Matthew Kabak: An experienced, reliable attorney with lots of integrity

I highly recommend Mathew Kabak as an attorney who will be invaluable to you and your business. Matthew created agreement documents for me to accurately define the nature of my company's computer consulting work, and to clarify the nature of my client relationships and the work that they hire me to p...erform. Matthew is very sharp, has lots of expertise as a business attorney, and is quite easy to work with. He is very likable, has excellent people skills and immediately made me feel at home. I found Matthew easy to work with and enjoyed our conversations. He even has a sense of humor.

Knowledgeable and hands-on.

I would highly recommend Matt Kabak to any business looking for a hands-on, pro-active lawyer. Matt handled our work professionally and in a timely manner. He checked in with us regularly on ongoing matters and kept us up to date on his work. He also understands the challenges of small and medium...-size businesses and was very helpful in guiding us through the legal process. We had originally used a larger firm for our incorporation and ongoing business matters, and they were unresponsive, required endless meetings with us and our CPA, and never seemed to finish any of the projects they were working on. We switched to Matt's firm and the improvement in the quality of service was dramatic. Matt is very personable and capable, and a real pleasure to work with.
