I found Mr. Hale to be quite professional. He responded quickly to my need for an attorney, explained thoroughly what service he would provide, talked about fees and even a payment plan. I really appreciated his honest and respectful answers to all of my questions. I never felt that I was being ju...dged by Attorney Hale. And although I felt stressed and afraid, I never doubted his ability. If I had to, I would retain him again.

Mr. Hale was very professional and knowledgeable during the entire process of dealing with my DUI. This was my first offense and he took me through all the steps with respect and diligence. He knew the perimeters of exactly what my best options were, guiding me on what to do to best benefit me during... the whole ordeal. Very comforting to have someone like this on your side.

This man knows what he’s doing!! I waited 6 months to hear anything from king county courts and when I did, my court date was less than a week away. I had less than a week to retain a lawyer. I talked to many lawyers and none seemed to be as responsive and knowledgeable. Matt answered my questions ri...ght away and seemed very confident in his skills to tackle my case. It was a long process total but 10 months later I got my DUI reduced to a negligent driving and from there it was deferred. I feel great about the price because he answered all my questions, consoled me during the process as this was my first DUI, and exceeded my expectations. I can’t imagine wasting my time with any other attorney that didn’t have the knowledge and experience. Please don’t waste your time and retain Matt as your attorney for your DUI because he’ll take care of you.

Hired this lawyer last year for my sons DUI. Found that he did not return calls or keep us informed about the case. He's associates were no better in letting us know what was going on. Paid him on a regular bases and did not get any reciepts till I asked for them. Then the office sent 3 statemen...ts one had someone elses name on it. Thats when I found that I had overpaid him. Contacted Mr Hale and "he said that he has no idea what I was talking about. Why do I keep getting messages that you overpaid?" This was after I sent him copies of Bank Statements. Did answer some e-mailes, but did not answer my questions in full.
