Biography
Mick has been a litigation attorney for nearly twenty-five years. His practice consists of representing companies and individuals in a broad range of disputes including insurance defense litigation and general liability defense. Mick began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney representing those charged with misdemeanors to class A felonies. Prior to Joining Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S., Mick represented plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury areas including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and medical malpractice. Mick has tried numerous cases to verdict throughout western Washington.
Born in New York and raised in Ann Arbor, Mick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where he was on the men’s tennis team. He went on to earn his law degree at Gonzaga University. Beyond his legal practice, Mick follows college football and plays a number of sports. Mick lives in Gig Harbor, and he most enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
