Matthew Davis an attorney who is straight to the point and solves the issue!

He was very explicit with the expectations from my end and kept an open line of communication. Whenever I had questions about paperwork or the status of my case, he promptly answered in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend Mr. Matthew Davis to anyone seeking legal advice. I never fel...t like I was just another client. He always presented himself as knowledgeable and thorough while still being down to earth. Child support cases can be long and drawn out, but Matthew kept in touch and he kept me informed on how or what I needed to do. I am thankful for Matthew, he is a very nice person, and is willing to bend over backwards to help a person out. If for some reason I should ever need help with a legal issue, I will certainly call Mr. Davis first.

Writing a Will and Estate Plan in Allen, Texas

After we had our second child, my wife and I realized that we needed to update our last will and testament. However, like many, we kept putting it off and putting it off. After all -- who wants to spends hours and hours talking with some attorney about your own death?!? No thank you; I'd rather have ...a root canal. My wife had worked alongside Matt in several family law cases and she was very impressed by his understanding of the law and his professionalism. But when she brought up the idea of getting a will, I still had my doubts about everything. But when I met Matt, I realized that it didn't have to be that painful of a process. He very quickly explained what he would need to draft a very solid estate plan that would protect our interests (particularly our very clear desires for what we wanted to have happen to our children in the event of our death), and I felt extremely comfortable that the process would go quickly and deliver a solid product. I was incredibly pleased with everything that Matt did. The initial interview took very little time compared to my fears since he brought a very disciplined, professional approach to the conversation. He then quickly turned around the initial draft of the will, and did an excellent job integrating some of our more complicated requests (including a rather challenging requests that one of our troublesome relatives would be unable to challenge our plan). I believe we had the whole thing wrapped up within a few days, and we were able to go to Matt's office to get it signed, notarized and made official. The process was remarkably efficient and delivered an excellent product. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that this is finally finished and I can rest easy that, if the worst happens, my family would still be able to make the best out of it.

"I have had the pleasure to work with Matt on many cases and have always been impressed by the quality of his work and the strength of his arguments. We have experienced some very challenging circumstances in the cases that we have shared, and I have never seen Matt rattled. His confidence, quick wit and solid understanding of the law make him a valuable asset to his clients and his coworkers. I was so impressed by Matt's professionalism that I hired him to handle my own will and estate plan. Matt's polished approach allowed me and my husband to feel comfortable that the future of our family was secure. He developed a very solid set of documents quickly and accurately, and we were extremely pleased with his work. I strongly endorse Matt as a family lawyer, particularly in areas of divorce and wills/estate planning."
