Maryana Pavlyshyn

I want to express my deep gratitude and recognition of Maryann’s professionalism. The process of immigration and naturalization is extremely complicated, and even if you have enough knowledge and patience to conduct the case on your own, bureaucratic force majeure and unforeseen circumstances still c...an happen, and then you find yourself in a hopeless situation. It happened to me, and as a citizen of the US, I was denied citizenship for my minor son, a green card holder - denied only because I did not have enough time to receive the full custody paper within 30 days given by USCIS. N-600 refusal is that hopeless situation in which it is not allowed to submit the application again. I cannot explain how upset I was, especially considering my financial situation, the money spent for processing the N 600 were not refundable of course. In such moments, you feel some kind of extreme helplessness. However, I was lucky, and a few days after the refusal, I heard a program on the radio in which a representative of an organization at Columbia University participated, an organization that provides free consultations on immigration matters, in particular regarding children. Quite quickly I found how to contact them, and, without knowing anything about herI was redirected, to Maryanna. Not just I received highly qualified professional advice, but also a careful and very humane attitude towards me and my problem. The submitted appeal brought the long-awaited solution to the issue and soon my son received full right citizenship. I once again thank Marianna and her colleagues for real help and a sense of confidence that any problem can be solved

Maryana was awesome from day one. I wanted to apply for an EB-2 NIW, and she didn’t just nod along. She actually showed me what needed fixing and gave me a clear plan. Felt so refreshing after other lawyers just said what I wanted to hear. She was always easy to reach, explained everything without fa...ncy legal talk, and kept me sane through all the paperwork. Thanks to her, I got approved and now I’m packing for the US feeling way more confident.

I’m a software developer with over a decade of experience in AI and cloud systems. After years of working with global teams, I decided it was time to move to the U.S. to take advantage of better opportunities in tech. I started researching the EB-2 NIW route, but honestly, it was overwhelming. That’s... when I found Migrator and booked a session with Maryana. From the very first call, I knew I was in good hands. She was clear about what parts of my profile were strong and what needed improvement. There was no false hope, just straightforward advice. Once we kicked off, her team handled everything — petition letters, recommendation letters, all of it. I only had to provide documents. My petition was approved in record time, and I’m set to join a top tech firm in Seattle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’m a data analyst, mostly working with public health projects in Asia. I’d been wanting to move to the U.S. for years but the visa process felt like a giant maze. Found Maryana through LinkedIn and figured I’d just get “another consultation” like all the others. Nope. She actually listened. She bro...ke down the EB-2 NIW in plain language, told me where my profile was solid, and where I’d have to step it up. Fast forward, I got approved, and I’m now in North Carolina working. Maryana doesn’t just give you a service — she gives you confidence.
