Although she is very nice as a person, as a professional she is not very reliable. Phone calls are rarely returned so if you have a question, forget it. My son was in jail and she kept saying that she was going to visit him, she never showed up. He had questions as I did, but she would never respo...nd. Every time I called, it was an answering service, rarely got a person in the office. He was eventually sent to prison, it's been a month and still haven't heard from her. Wasted his time and mine. Sorry, but I would not recommend her. If I pay someone good money, I expect them to at least give me the time of day.
