Attorney Mark Wendaur focuses his practice on real estate, business formation and restructuring, commercial transactions, corporate governance, equity and debt financing, secured and unsecured lending, municipal law, oil and gas, environmental law, and litigation in each of these areas. He is an experienced attorney and trusted legal advisor to individuals and businesses throughout Pennsylvania.
Real Estate and Oil & Gas
Mark represents clients in real estate and energy matters involving transactions, sale and acquisition of high value commercial portfolios and hotels, sheriff sales (both tax and foreclosure), title research and investment analysis, zoning, quiet title actions, litigation, debt restructuring, and formation of finance documents. His energy experience includes certified title opinions, investment structures, lease disputes, pipeline right of way issues, and project development issues.
In addition to working with established businesses and executives, he also forms and structures dozens of new businesses in Pennsylvania each year. Representation includes LLC, partnership, and C-Corp formation, commercial transactions, due diligence, sale of corporate shares, investor relations, corporate governance documents, risk assessments, mitigation of risks, employment law issues, and compliance.
Municipal clients also retain Mark as Solicitor. He helps these clients navigate the wide ranging issues encountered on a daily basis. His municipal work includes a wide range of issues involving zoning and land use, ordinances, municipal contracting, financing, storm water authorities, right-to-know requests, and public hearings.
