Mark Bullen Rasmuson

Mr. Rasmuson is accepting new clients for virtual consultation and telelegal services.

Mark B. Rasmuson is a Florida-licensed attorney. Mr. Rasmuson's legal work is focused on contract negotiation, including post M&A integration and disentanglement, the drafting and review of technology agreements (license, subscription, services), and data security agreements. He has experience working with business associate agreements, terms of use, and authorized use and privacy policy documents.

Mr. Rasmuson is also accepting clients who need counsel, drafting, or legal review of estate planning documents. Although he will not be able to directly facilitate the execution of these documents, he is prepared to provide clear guidance and instructions for effective execution and funding. 

Mr. Rasmuson's appreciation of religious studies, philosophy, and natural law brought him to Florida where he graduated from Ave Maria School of Law. There he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Ave Maria International Law Journal. 

Prior to law school, Mark graduated cum laude from Utah State University with degrees in philosophy and religious studies. He was named as philosophy student of the year and served as Managing Editor of the Intermountain West Journal of Religious Studies. Mark’s scholarly work has been twice published in academic journals. He has also authored a law library research guide on the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act.

Mark is happily married. He and his wife met in Florida while Mark was attending law school. They love spending time with their three dogs, Mozzi, Annie, and Jane, their family, and attending church together. His other interests include reading, writing, editing, family history, photography, philosophy, and ethics.
