Attorney Fitzmaurice did a fine job representing me in a misdemeanor Contempt of Court case that had to do with the violation of a court ordered restraining order. Mr. Fitzmaurice helped me and my family by ultimately getting the case dismissed and sealed. After reading Avvo's community guidelines,... I could not ascertain whether or not I am permitted to review an attorney who has provided pro bono work. In the interest of transparency, Mr Fitzmaurice worked my case pro bono, however, I would like to infer that if he did such a great job for me for no fee then he would more than likely be even more effective when paid.
