WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!!!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER! HUGE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!! THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK AFTER YOU LEAVE DOZEN OF VOICE MAILS. THEY PRETEND TO PUT YOU ON HOLD AND SAY THAT THEY'RE REALLY BUSY. I TOLD THEM THAT I CAN WAIT AND I WON'T HOLD BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. ONCE, WHEN I SAID... THAT THE LADY ON THE PHONE PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR 1 MINUTE THEN SHE PICKS UP AND TELLS ME THAT SHE'S LOOKING AT THE FILE AND THAT THEY DROPPED MY CASE. WHY AM I ONLY HEARING THIS FROM YOU?? IF YOU CAN OPEN MY FILE THEN WHY PUT ME ON HOLD? WHY ARENT THEY CALLING ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? ITS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE. I WAS HURT IN AN ACCIDENT AND ITS HURTFUL TO KNOW THAT I WASN'T TREATED WITH RESPECT. I WAS LIED TO OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IVE ASKED THEM TO SEND ME FILES BUT I NEVER GOTTEN THEM. THEY ASK FOR MY ADDRESS A MILLION TIMES AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANYTHING. I CALL TO SEE WHATS GOING ON AND THE LADY THAT PICKS UP SAYS THAT THE MAIL WAS RESENT BACK. OH??? WHY DON'T YOU CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW? WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME BACK MY FILES? I WASTED MY TIME LEAVING VOICE MAIL AND PUTTING MY FAITH INTO PEOPLE WHO GIVES FALSE HOPE. NEVER WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW HORRIBLE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE. I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE.

The law office represent me in my auto accident. Mr. Farbman is a serious lawyer. He took my after the insurance company denied my claim. The adjuster said that I contributed to my own accident. Mr. Farbman made sure that I understood that we need to battle the insurance company. He was right, Mr. Fa...rbman wasted no time a filed a lawsuit. I am happy to tell you that Mr. Farbman won the case in mediation and I settled the personal injury case.

I was solicited by mail and I called their office. A representative came over. The jest of the matter, after finding out the other insurance company refused Liability, instead taking to court and getting the issues resolved, the rep wanted me (victim) to sue my own insurance. I feel like the rep beca...me angry after being told that I was not interested in suing my own insurance and could prove that the other party was at fault. Ask the right questions for answers because they will not volunteer how they propose to get you from one point to another and if they do, they are vague. Personally, I would never call them again.
