Prior to joining the Tort/Specialty Practice Group of McCormick Barstow in 2001, Mark Busick practiced law in Fresno, California for thirteen years, focusing his practice in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Busick has tried cases involving issues of breach of contract, premises liability, construction defect and personal injury. He has represented clients in major litigation matters. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions of every type of witness, from plaintiffs and defendants to expert doctors, economists, engineers, and accident reconstructionists.
