Ineffective assistance of counsel
Mr. Anderl was hired to represent my brother. He did not call any witnesses, which were available. Failed to conduct a proper investigation and did not cross examine witness. Any first year lawyer or even public defender would have had this case dismissed. He admittedly did not open my brother’s file...
