He is a person with integrity, he is honest and positive. He has such an upbeat personality which helps when you're facing legal red tape--he cuts right through it with effective communication skills--orally articulate and good written communication skills. To sum up my attorney/client experience with Mr. Reed: he possesses good listening skills, people and judgement skills along with perseverance.
